Spooky Dwellers 1 in Czech

Hello! Spooky Dwellers 1 on Steam has just leveled up! The game now fully supports the Czech language, making it more accessible and enjoyable for our Czech-speaking players. Whether you’re a new adventurer or a returning player, you can now dive into the spooky world in English or Czech!

This localization update wouldn’t have been possible without the help of a dedicated player from the Steam community, who generously volunteered his time and expertise to translate the game from English into Czech, and we’re so grateful for his contribution. Thank you for helping us bring Spooky Dwellers 1 to even more players!

Our localization process also utilized the functions we previously introduced, which are designed to extract localization phrases directly from our Unity projects.

And this video shows how to remove the spider webs using fire in Level 9 (the spider webs are blocking the light). The idea is to form matches next to the bonfire to ignite some cells. Then, you’ll form matches next to those burning cells to keep propagating the fire until it reaches the tiles with the spider webs.

Finally, the 3D Otherworldly Playground has several missions to complete. Most of these missions involve placing specific objects on the terrain and performing actions, such as changing the view of the terrain. This video shows how to complete all the missions.

Updated Roadmap 2024

In June, we launched our first game of the year, Garden for Glory, fulfilling our long-held dream of creating a gardening-themed match 3 game. This project allowed us to implement innovative ideas, particularly in technical aspects that will be foundational for our future titles. Garden for Glory features a 3D garden with over 100 objects. While Garden for Glory isn’t available on ikigames.com yet, you’ll be able to found it on most casual game portals soon.

Currently, our main focus is on Spooky Dwellers 3, the sequel to our Halloween-themed match 3 game. It has entered the beta testing phase and is set to launch in Q4 this year. Spooky Dwellers 3 introduces new challenges within a 3D environment, along with new minigames and some match-3 elements which are a first for us.

We initially aimed to create a hidden objects game this year, but that plan will be postponed. Part of our team is currently dedicated to developing another match 3 game for this year. I look forward to sharing more details about this mysterious project soon. Additionally, we’ll be working on localized versions of all those mentioned games. Busy times ahead!

Hello fans and players of Nocturnarya! We are thrilled to announce that our vampire-themed Match 3 game has captured the 3rd spot in the Best Match 3 games of the year on Big Fish Games, the largest casual games portal! Spooky Dwellers 2 is coming soon

Yes, the sequel for our Halloween-themed Match 3 game, Spooky Dwellers, will be available in a few weeks through several publishers, and eventually here on ikigames.com. The game’s Match 3 levels will showcase the distinctive gameplay of Spooky Dwellers, guiding a light from talismans to the ghosts on the boards. In Spooky Dwellers 2, we’ll introduce a few novelties to this mechanic. For instance, there will be the presence of Big Spooky Dwellers that require multiple lights to be hit. We believe it will be a really fun game!

In the original Spooky Dwellers, you decorate a terrace with Halloween objects as you progress through the game. Spooky Dwellers 2 takes it a step further: now you’ll be able to create a 3D Halloween playground. You can buy and place houses, roads, pumpkins, and many more Halloween-themed objects on the terrain. You have the flexibility to rotate and reposition your buildings and objects as you prefer. It’s quite cool. We also included this 3D village building feature in our previous game, Nocturnarya. However, Spooky Dwellers 2 expands upon it with improved navigation controls, creepy objects, ghosts, pumpkins, and many other features. If you purchase the Collector’s Edition of Spooky Dwellers 2, you’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy the Spooky Tour. This feature allows you to walk around your 3D Halloween playground! And the game has much more novelties!

It’s been quite a journey. The development of Nocturnarya began in October of last year, and we announced it in December of the same year. Nocturnarya was completed in July, and we immediately started working on Spooky Dwellers 2. We hope you enjoy both games!
